Bidding on an item indicates your intent to purchase that item and is considered a legally binding contract between yourself and the seller of the item. Bids cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. Upon receiving notification that you are the winning bidder you are obligated to purchase the item. If you do not pay your seller within their auction guidelines, your seller can turn you in for non payment through an abuse report. Any account receiving two reports against them in any 60 day period will be subject to review for suspension.
Rules for Sellers
Posting of an item in an auction indicates your intent to sell this item to the highest bidder and is irrevocable. Upon completion of the auction it is your responsibility to conclude the sale with the winning bidder. In order to post an item on this auction site you must agree to the following:
·Do not inflate the price of your item by bidding on the item yourself.·Do not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.·Do not infringe on any third party copyright, trademark, service mark or patent.·Do not spam (send unsolicited email) to users of this site.·Do not list any items that violate K9auctions.com Policies.
Listing Policies
Listings that violate K9auctions.com policies may result in auctions being ended early. Continued violations WILL result in seller suspension.
·No pornographic materials are allowed on K9auctions.com. Nude art is allowed for sale as long as pictures are modified to not show any explicit details·Links to websites are not allowed in auction descriptions.·Shipping and handling charges must be listed in auction description. If shipping cost is unknown, estimated shipping cost must be listed. If you list an estimated shipping cost, you must specify in your auction description that it is estimated and buyers can contact you for more details. Estimated shipping costs must be within 25% of actual amount charged at the end of the auction. If seller inflates estimated shipping charges more than 25%, the buyer is not obligated to purchase and seller may be subject to disciplinary action for violation of shipping/handling policy.·K9auctions.com does not allow the use of profanity or patently vulgar language. This includes the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene in nature. This policy extends to text within listings and pictured text.·Sellers may not post more than 1 listing for any identical items.·Giving your item an inappropriate title is not permitted on K9auctions.com. Inappropriate titles are any titles that do not accurately describe the item for sale.·Listings that attempt to make sales outside of K9auctions.com are not permitted.
Violations of these basic rules could lead to account termination. We will cooperate with law enforcement in providing any of your user/contact information if illegal activity is reported to us. Your personal information is encrypted and appropriate measures are taken to protect against unauthorized or inappropriate use of your personal information.

Where there is a match, the planned e-mail correspondence will be withheld, and such persons will receive no further e-mail correspondence from us.
